Our hard anodizing
process offers excellent hardness to different aluminum components.
Through anodic oxidation process, a ceramic like layer that is hard
layer is developed in a cool electrolyte specially formulated for hard
anodizing. This process makes the components highly wear and corrosion
resistant. Offering high thermal & electrical insulation, they also
provide excellent adhesion with base material. This process makes the
surface non sticky that helps in easy cleaning of the products. This
hard anodizing process offers good anti-friction and gives a layer
thickness of 30 to 80 microns. We also offer hard anodizing process that
can be ground/ honed to sizes as per the clients' specifications. Our
